What is Detroit Style Pizza?Detroit is a strong city known for many things, namely cars, music, and pizza. Known as the Detroit-style square, Detroit’s pizza has earned its reputation as one of the best slices around. With its distinct rectangular shape, light and airy dough, crispy caramelized cheese perimeter, and delightful crunch, Detroit-style pizza was built for savoring. Detroit-style pizza is incredibly unique in that it was initially baked in square automotive part pans. Its dough is similar to the Sicilian style and offers a light and airy crust. Traditional Detroit-style pizza toppings include pepperoni, Wisconsin brick cheese, and tomato sauce. The brick cheese is spread to the edges of the pan, causing it to caramelize into a golden cheese crust. This style of pizza offers a delicious meal for anybody, and you can eat it with either your hands or a fork and knife!

What is Frico?Frico is the lacy, crispy, browned cheese crust that forms where the cheese meets the side of the pan—adds extra-savory crunch to our pan pizza.

What is Wisconsin Brick Cheese?Brick cheese is a semi-hard cow's milk cheese that originated in Wisconsin in the late 1800s. The name comes from the bricks originally used by cheesemakers to press the moisture from the cheese. Young brick cheese is mild-flavored with a touch of nuttiness, while aged brick cheese has more complex, pungent and tangy flavors.

How do I get my Ria on?The best way is to order online. You may walk up and order but please anticipate that there will be about a 15-20 minute wait while we prepare your food (possibly longer during the dinner rush on weekend nights). This is why we recommend ordering online before traveling to our location.
-
How will I know when my order is ready? After you place your order, you will receive an initial text/email to confirm. Another text/email will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up. Note: This is specific to Toast orders. DoorDash / Uber Eats have their own notifications.

Why isn't my order ready at the exact time Toast says? Our point-of-sale system does not allow us to give a time range for when your order is ready. We approach the time given by Toast as an estimate. We send a text message when your order is ready — please wait for that text as it will let you know exactly when to come to get your order.

I have food allergies, what can I eat?Gluten-Free/Friendly: Many of our menu items are natively gluten-free, or can be made so easily. We DO have gluten-free pizza crust - it’s so good. Because we prep the pizzas in special pans and don’t use extra flour while we are cooking your food, our GF pies are also a much lower risk for cross-contamination! While our process is designed to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination, those with severe celiac may still have a reaction because our environment is not certified nor inherently gluten-free. If this applies to you we’d recommend a salad from our menu, and please make a note in the comments section about your allergy.

I’m pregnant. Is your cheese pasteurized?Yes!
